Der Job als Lehrer wird immer schwieriger

What I like about the employer
Innerhalb unseres Kollegiums herrscht ein guter Zusammenhalt und wir arbeiten alle Hand in Hand. Das Land NRW als Arbeitgeber bemüht sich, aber teilweise an den falschen Ecken.
What I dislike about the employer
Es wird der Überlastung der Lehrkräfte nicht entgegengekommen, sondern es werden immer noch mehr Aufgaben verteilt, sodass wir kaum noch Energie für unser Hauptgeschäft - das Unterrichten - haben. Für viele dieser Aufgaben sind wir überhaupt nicht ausgebildet. Da müssen wir uns fortbilden, allerdings können wir uns massenweise Fortbildungen bei dem Personalmangel und hohen Krankenstand gar nicht leisten.
Suggestions for improvement
Das Schulsystem muss sich ändern und viel mehr Geld in die Bildung gesteckt werden. Es fehlen ausgebildete Lehrkräfte, die Klassen sind teilweise immernoch viel zu voll (plus Inklusion) und durch die schlechten Arbeitsbedingungen erkrankt das Kollegium immer häufiger, was zu einem Teufelkreis führt. Das liegt allerdings nicht an der Schule selbst, sondern ist ein politisches Problem.
