Im Team gut.
Die in der Leitung sollten ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ausbauen und verbessern. Transparenz und Schnelligkeit bei versprochenen Themen, welche monatelang auf sich warten lassen, scheint nicht so wichtig zu sein.
Es wirkt als würden manche in der Leitung sich wie bessere Menschen fühlen. Manchmal ist wochenlang kaum einer zu erreichen. Einfühlungsvermögen oft Mangelware.
Ich fühle mich hier wirklich wohl. Im Team hilft man sich gegenseitig, und es gibt immer ein offenes Ohr, egal ob es um Arbeitsthemen oder persönliche Dinge geht. Feedback wird ernst genommen, und man merkt, dass die eigene Meinung zählt.
Im Team ist es gut.
