Sollte sich auch mal die Rechte der Azubis durchlesen und keine frechen Antworten geben. Wenn man keine Ahnung hat, sollte man diese Verantwortung als Chef abgeben

einige Arbeitskollegen denken sie sind was viel besseres

Min. jede Woche 4 Überstunden, da Samstags gearbeitet wird und die Schultage nicht angerechnet werden. Auf Nachfrage heißt es nur: was sind Überstunden?
Supervisor
sollte lieber nicht ausbilden dürfen

man wurde direkt angemacht, wenn man nein gesagt hat, weil man was anderes zu tun hatte. Wenn man dann im Laufe des Tages vom Kollegen etwas wollte, hat er auch nein gesagt und einen ignoriert, wie ein kleines bockiges Kind

What I like about the employer
Die Kollegen ( die jede Woche wechseln) sind meinstens sehr nett .
What I dislike about the employer
In diesem Laden stimmt nichts. Mindestlohn, Prämien nach Nasenprizip, Ausbeutug ohne Ende und am Ende wird man noch beleidigt. Berufsgenossenschaft sollte den Landen unter die Lupe nehmen! Und die ganze Schuld liegt am Filialleiter ! Unterste Schublade. Es wird alles gefälscht: Bewertungen, Inventurergebinisse einfach alles !!!
Suggestions for improvement
Das sowas in Deutschland noch existiert ist ein Wunder. Arbeitssicherheit gleich null , fast schon meldepflichtig. Der Chef ( nicht die Besitzer) mobbt fast jeden Mitarbeiter .
