It’s a small company and owners sell you the idea that you are a family and make you think that you are very privileged to work there as it’s such a hipster place.
They don’t have any idea of the hospitality business as they come from a very different background and therefore have to micromanage every step you do.
Over hours are excessive and they always find the way to avoid hiring extra personal even the business is running successfully. If you are there to work in service then it’s quite fun but for a management position be careful as they will use you in every way possible.
There are no growth options.
Do not recommend!
