Prescribe a job that doesn't reflect the tasks in reality. Difficult Accessibility of managers/coaches. Poor to none training period for a customer service oriented job, where product management and digital marketing were offered. Call-center where you as an intern are fully responsible for a division.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Be more transparent in the actual job/internship posting. Give a sufficient training period. Balance on-work activities, besides solely customer service. Be open and communicative about worker's issues and problems
