The team is being praised on a regular basis but miss out once and you’re being ignored
Work-Life-Balance
10 hours shift. Take 1 hour to get to work. Almost 2 hours to get home because you don’t work 10 hours- you do 11-12. No busses or trains are available so you take a taxi etc. you sleep for 4 hours and get ready for the same shift again.
