I worked in this company for a little over a year, I was fired because I and my coworker complained to the head of personnel for racism, it was from a German colleague that we were racially segregated and marginalized, making our work more difficult every day, I was I was directly fired for being the person who initiated this claim, however my colleague did not want to pursue the issue further because he was also afraid of being fired.
Unfortunately, I never thought that behind such an important company there are these racial problems that are not resolved according to the times we live in, but the way from 50 years ago is still used by the management of the personnel of this company, giving The reason is People who have prejudices and racial problems with foreign people.

Most likely, this problem remained with the personnel department only and was never known higher up, in higher positions, otherwise I think there would have been a solution.
