Der lockere und freundliche Umgang zwischen den Kollegen untereinander und der respektvolle Umgang zwischen der Geschäftsführung und Mitarbeiter.

Ferienjobber einstellen, damit kleinere liegenbleibende Aufgaben abgearbeitet werden

Gute Arbeit wird geschätzt. Der Umgang unter den Kollegen ist locker und stets freundlich. Angenehmes Arbeitsklima.

In den oberen Büros ist es im Sommer ziemlich warm, aber man kann das Büro in der Zeit wechseln. Die Büroräume sind sehr gut ausgestattet.
