Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I find my Organisation very compassionate when I saw the efforts taken by them to escort and settle my ex-colleagues in different parts of Europe from their distubed homeland.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As I commented, it depends on individual nature - So as a general, my comment will be to handle people with care and empathy, as not all days are same for everybody.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I personally found very productive atmosphere at work as my colleagues are very supportive and the best until as of my Professional journey.
Kommunikation
Since I am personally a very straigth forward and professional finance woman so I prefer to be to the point with my correspondence and expect the same from others. My observation is, it varies from person to person often.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is excellent and I consider my colleagues as the best colleagues till my professional life as of today. Not only my department Colleagues but also my Colleagues from other Department at my floor are very supportive and helpful. I personally always found them kind to me.
Work-Life-Balance
I find my office very cooperative in that aspect. I have seen how my office guided each of us during hard time of COVID crisis. Especially when I was going through a massive trauma during April to May 2021 Delta wave in my homeland.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Here I must acknowledge not all supervisors are able to go along-with the colleagues depending on the work situations. For me specifically I also came accross some unknown difficulties in the year 2020 till mid 2021 due to unclear delivery of communications to me.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since my job allows me to work with many International colleagues. So I enjoy my each step of my work. I find it very Interesting and satisfying.
Gleichberechtigung
At least in my eyes, so far, I am always treated equally in comparison to any of my senior or male colleague.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
My aged (senior) colleagues are like a big support system to me, in terms of Moral values or in terms of guidance at work. Not only my senior colleagues rather I must say all my colleagues are very helpful and cooperative to me always, whenever I am in need or under stress.

I at-least have a very good and comfortable workings conditions as per my choice and I am very happy to be sticked to it, as It helps me to balance my work and personal live in an appropriate manner. Since I have to deal with different time Zones at Work and at home so It is very helpful to me.

My organistion has a very strong impact on my personality. It is needless to say that a woman of her own mind are not welcoming in all part of the world, specifically if she is new and belongs to a developing nation.

Certainly as per decent standards International Offices of HBS are paying good to it's staffs in consideration to TVOED Bund standards in Germany with respective exchange rate valuation of the Country.

I respect my organistions very much for it's moral values. Certainly it depends on individuals how he/she charecterise the values in life.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have seen people with other ethnicity (Other than Germans) at office to grow well and are very successful at specific levels. Some I know personally heading a team of specific and vital part of a department of the organisation.
