Home office in corona times is basically allowed from any country. So you don’t even have to be in Germany. When you have a doctors appointment during the day, it’s also not a problem. What is very bad is that your vacation depends on the seasons. There are just few weeks in the year where you can take long vacation.

Sometimes it is rather enough being a good friend with the manager to be promoted. There are chances to be promoted because people leave often.

Here performs Helly unfortunately very poor. The salaries are low. Even when you are lucky and get eventually a raise, it is a joke.
