differences between employees/favoritism are unacceptable and is putting bad atmosphere
to make a good atmosphere try to show example on behaviours (people absence should not be critisized by superiors)
organisation and structure should be given by superiors, not handled by new employees as they want. The responsability should be on other shoulders
