HR is not perceived as neutral or employee-focused. Communication is unclear, concerns are often not addressed constructively, and processes lack transparency. Feedback or attempts to raise issues frequently lead to negative experiences rather than improvements.
Compensation is another weak point: salaries are low compared to the workload, and annual increases are minimal and non-transparent. Employees have little insight into how decisions regarding raises or budgets are made.
