no recommendation to work there

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
After the dirty lay offs I cannot recommend this company anymore.
Employees have lost trust in the company because management is lying to them.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In 2023, C level changed, and after some weeks, they started to fire people. They got an email in the morning and the deactivation of accounts right afterwards. That's not typical for a German company.
Before, until 2022, it was an amazing company and everyone was proud to say "Iam working at heycar"
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good team building inside the teams because of good engineering managers and head of products/engineering
Vorgesetztenverhalten
they had amazing Engineering managers, leads, head of product and engineering
