Die Team Leads und Head-ofs sind super nett und helfen auch gerne
Es gab jetzt zwei Wellen der Massenentlassungen. Eine im März und eine im Juni. Es wurde unfassbar viel Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen und die Angestellten müssen darunter leiden.
Es wird eine Callcenter Agentur ins Boot geholt welche bleibt, aber Festangestellte und Werkstudenten werden gefeuert, Chapeau!
Es wird gesagt, dass man sich darum bemüht, dass die entlassenen Mitarbeiter einen neuen Job finden. Es gab auch eine virtuelle Jobmesse von VW, aber was genau bringt das einem wenn bei den neuen Jobs ein Wohnsitz in Braunschweig notwendig ist?
Also wenn ihr Lust auf einen nicht sicheren Job haben wollt und Lust habt, trotz sehr guter Arbeit vom einen auf den Anderen Tag gefeuert zu werden, da die Führungsetage komplett versagt, dann bewerbt euch liebend gerne bei FailCar.

Worse communication from C-level management than ever before
Generally bad mood after questionable and undignified mass layoffs. More and more people are now leaving the company voluntarily.

They will give you the space and room to work exactly as you need to grow.
Unfortunately, there is less to none transparent communication of current situations from the CEO & CFO.
If there wouldn't be this amazing People & Culture team behind them – they would have a lot of problems in leading with the people of the company
They really need consistency in the CEO & CFO position and people in that positions that can communicate transparently and understand the situation of the people working for the company – not only checking for the numbers & costs.

Great and unique atmosphere in the team and of course with other departments
CEO & CFO very unstable & not transparent enough at all! Really the big downside.
Direct reporting lines were amazing and really did the best they could to provide a good culture and atmosphere.
Communication in the team was amazing - it did not matter from where you were working, we were always connected and in sync.
Unfortunately, once again – not much communication and not transparent. CEO & CFO needed a lot of support from the amazing People & Culture team to get things somehow running.

Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Home-Office Möglichkeit.
Die Tatsache, dass man das ganze 2022 wild rekrutiert hat und dann Anfang 2023 Massenentlassung durchgeführt hat. Außerdem wurde das Geld für alles Mögliche aus dem Fenster geschmissen. Sehr unreflektiert, aus meiner Sicht.
Eine Personalplanung im Auge haben und sich daran halten.
Das Büro ist wunderschön eingerichtet. 4 Etagen und man kann von überall arbeiten.
Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home-Office lassen es schon viel bewirken.
Kann man nicht meckern, das Gegenteil.
Wie in jedem Start-Up halt. Zusammen Feierabend Bier trinken, Small Talk machen...ob man das Kollegenzusammenhalt nennen würde, kann jeder selber einschätzen...

Tolles Team, Mix aus Supporttätigkeiten/Tagesgeschäft und echter Projektarbeit auf Praktikantenniveau ziemlich gut, Kompensation ist vergleichsweise ordentlich.
Der Drive könnte insgesamt besser sein. Man hat das Gefühl mit leicht angezogener Handbremse zu fahren, was auch der Anteilseignerstruktur geschuldet ist.
Zielsetzungen und Kommunikation vom Clevel könnten transparenter sein.

stop with the politics, listen to good business cases, be on time for meetings with your employees (it is not acceptable to regularly let 130 people wait in an allhands because management is not on time!), stop the blame-game, listen to what is possible
High pressure on results paired with little celebration of successes and harsh, unconstructive feedback. Cool colleagues help make the little things better.
Since homeoffice (start of COVID), meetings are all day every day. It does not feel OK to say "i cant do a meeting at 6 pm because I will start work at 8 am".
There is no social/ ecological purpose of this company. The only purpose is commercial.
Team is cool. Many smart people. If only the managing team would help them grow.
Some team leads are cool and take care of their people. In my experience, feedback talks were late, boss-employee-meetings were not respected (lateness, short notice cancel, ...).
Late communication of important info. Questions are encouraged (they even have a tool for this!) but haven't been answered in more than 3 months. It doesn't work this way.
Pay is good. Not extraordinary, but good.
Managing team is almost completely male. Diversity was a big issue in summer. A committee was formed to work on this, but no outcomes so far.
Actually, there is so much potential for cool projects. There is so much left to do in the industry and a big room for innovation. But management and shareholder torpedo good ideas for political reasons.

Es gibt extra Urlaubstage für Weihnachten, Neujahr und den eigenen Geburtstag!
Eine betriebliche Altersvorsoge wäre gut, eigentlich gehört das zum Standard. Wäre mir lieber als Babbel.

Homeoffice, tolles Office, state-of-the-art soft&hardware.
Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams ist top. Außerhalb bedarf ist Verbesserung.
Es gibt keine Gehaltstransparenz; Die Führungsriege ist bis auf eine Ausnahme männlich. Das sollte sich ändern.
Ansonsten gut.
So verdient kununu Geld.
