What I like about the employer
Faires Miteinander, kein zu krasser Druck, kann selbst entscheiden in welche Richtung es geht inhaltlich
What I dislike about the employer
Hohe Unsicherheit während des Wechsels der HS-Leitung, kein eindeutiger Plan weder inhaltlich noch kommunikativ aktuell.

Bessere Gesamt-Kommunikation, eindeutige Ziele der Organisation

Hängt vom Team ab. Durch den Wechsel in der HS-Leitung herrscht aktuell eine gewisse Unsicherheit.

Finde 2 Tage HO sehr gut, manchmal wären 3 besser ;)

Direkter Vorgesetzter: sehr gut, ansonsten durch den Wechsel gerade schwierig zu bewerten

Je nach Position unterschiedliche Freiheiten was das Urlaub nehmen angeht (im Semesterbetrieb aufgrund der Tätigkeiten nicht für jeden möglich oder nur eingeschränkt möglich)

Nicht genügend Aufstiegschancen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten (kommt auf Bereich und Position an)

Working atmosphere
Die Atmosphäre, sowie der Konkurrenzkampf sind unangemessen stark ausgeprägt. Die Hochschulleitung sieht großzügig über Diskrepanzen hinweg, damit will man nichts zu tun haben. Mitarbeiter sind auch aufgrund unerfahrener junger Führungskräfte, sich selbst überlassen.

Daran wird gebastelt, denn wir reden immer noch lediglich von Worms.

Nicht vorhanden. Grüppchenbildung. Jeder hat Angst man nimmt ihm die Butter vom Brot.

Schlecht zu sagen, da diese sofern sie andere Chancen haben, direkt wieder weg sind. In einem kleinen Zeitraum hatte ich viele Vorgesetzte im fliegenden Wechsel. Zu unerfahrene Führungskräfte die mit der HS Leitung befreundet sind und sich Die Welt machen wie sie ihnen gefällt.

Welche? Kommukation findet lediglich hinterrücks statt, ausgenommen der PR. Dieser ist definitiv kommunikationsfreudig.

Angemessen. Es ist kein Geheinnis dass man im öffentlichen Dienst weniger verdient als in der freien Wirtschaft.
