You can tell that hubblr is an employer who wants to create a workplace where people enjoy working and feel comfortable.

In some areas, there are still no fixed structures and processes - this could still be made up for in a few areas

Exciting, lots of responsibility, steep learning curve - I'm very happy!

Kommunikation

Hierarchies are very flat and efforts are made to create the best possible atmosphere for open communication at eye level. Anonymous employee NPS and open feedback rounds create a strong communication culture.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Regular team events and the opportunity to visit other locations create a good sense of cohesion despite remote work.

Work-Life-Balance

Start-up culture sometimes brings the danger of jeopardizing the work-life balance. There are few fixed structures and sometimes no one available as a substitute partner for tasks. On the other hand, hubblr gives you an incredible amount of flexibility in how you organize your own work. Generally, I choose my work location, my working hours and the period of my vacation myself thanks to a lot of personal responsibility.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Hierarchies are relatively flat and therefore there are only a few superiors. 360 degree feedback is used to continuously give both sides (employees and supervisors) the opportunity to improve.

Interessante Aufgaben

Despite the fact that it's my first job after graduation, I have an incredible amount of responsibility and can still do things almost every day that I've never done before. An incredibly steep learning curve.

Gleichberechtigung

The aim is to distribute opportunities as fairly as possible within the team. In my opinion, that usually works out well. The team is very diverse. Many different backgrounds come together.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The oldest colleague is under 40 It's a very young team, so it's difficult to make a statement here. However, we work together as equals, regardless of whether it's the 20-year-old working student or the older colleague from management.

Arbeitsbedingungen

State-of-the-art technology, great central offices, height-adjustable desks - everything you could want and need to work productively is provided.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Travel is mostly by train and no material things are given as birthday gifts, instead donations are made to organizations and causes.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Good for the fact that I still have little personnel responsibility. Perhaps a little too low given the responsibility I have. On the other hand, there are an incredible number of benefits. State-of-the-art tech equipment, height-adjustable desks, courses are paid for, etc.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If one wishes for further education, everything is usually done to make the wishes possible. If something is not possible, a perspective for the future is given. Transparent career paths are currently being developed. Many opportunities to help shape things and the claim to distribute opportunities fairly among all.
