Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I really like the spirit at work. Everyone's on the same page, striving to create cool products. I am more than happy with all the support that is being given.
It is very nice to see how hubblr takes criticism to it's heart and implements solutions for the well-being of the employee.

Work-Life-Balance

Speaking from a working student point of view, the work-life-balance is incredible at hubblr. Flexible working hours, working from wherever you prefer and being able to take days off when the mental load gets too much makes working with hubblr quite unique.
Even though times can get stressful as you are granted a lot of responsibility, the flexibility makes up for it.

I was lucky to learn new skills within a 5-week long educational training.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Speaking from the point of view as a designer and especially a student, there are not too many overlaps with the other team mates. Still, whenever we meet up for a team event or visit the offices, we always have the best time together.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Even though the team is relatively young, everyone is treated with respect and empathy. The age doesn't really tell anything about a person and this belief is being live within hubblr.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

hubblr has integrated a steady flow of feedback on both ends, the employer and the employees, to steadily improve. Additionally, each supervisor feels like a friend you can lean on and never hesitate to ask for help or support.

Kommunikation

The communication within hubblr is mostly text based via slack. Everyone is very friendly and grateful for each others' support.
The meetings are mostly kept efficient which is sometimes a little sad when it comes to working remotely - this is why hubblr is now trying to include water-cooler conversations into the day to day work :-)

Interessante Aufgaben

Even as a working student you are granted lots of responsibilities. The company really values growth and wants to help you master your skills. The projects I have worked on were real fun and made me learn plenty of new things in my branch.

You can tell that hubblr is an employer who wants to create a workplace where people enjoy working and feel comfortable.

In some areas, there are still no fixed structures and processes - this could still be made up for in a few areas

Work-Life-Balance

Start-up culture sometimes brings the danger of jeopardizing the work-life balance. There are few fixed structures and sometimes no one available as a substitute partner for tasks. On the other hand, hubblr gives you an incredible amount of flexibility in how you organize your own work. Generally, I choose my work location, my working hours and the period of my vacation myself thanks to a lot of personal responsibility.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If one wishes for further education, everything is usually done to make the wishes possible. If something is not possible, a perspective for the future is given. Transparent career paths are currently being developed. Many opportunities to help shape things and the claim to distribute opportunities fairly among all.

Gehalt/Benefits

Good for the fact that I still have little personnel responsibility. Perhaps a little too low given the responsibility I have. On the other hand, there are an incredible number of benefits. State-of-the-art tech equipment, height-adjustable desks, courses are paid for, etc.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Travel is mostly by train and no material things are given as birthday gifts, instead donations are made to organizations and causes.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Regular team events and the opportunity to visit other locations create a good sense of cohesion despite remote work.

The oldest colleague is under 40 It's a very young team, so it's difficult to make a statement here. However, we work together as equals, regardless of whether it's the 20-year-old working student or the older colleague from management.

Hierarchies are relatively flat and therefore there are only a few superiors. 360 degree feedback is used to continuously give both sides (employees and supervisors) the opportunity to improve.

Arbeitsbedingungen

State-of-the-art technology, great central offices, height-adjustable desks - everything you could want and need to work productively is provided.

Kommunikation

Hierarchies are very flat and efforts are made to create the best possible atmosphere for open communication at eye level. Anonymous employee NPS and open feedback rounds create a strong communication culture.

Gleichberechtigung

The aim is to distribute opportunities as fairly as possible within the team. In my opinion, that usually works out well. The team is very diverse. Many different backgrounds come together.

Interessante Aufgaben

Despite the fact that it's my first job after graduation, I have an incredible amount of responsibility and can still do things almost every day that I've never done before. An incredibly steep learning curve.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Flache Hierarchie mit einem extrem kommunikativen, ehrlichen Umfeld. Wer Wert auf ein dynamisches Umfeld mit spannenden Persönlichkeiten legt ist hier richtig. Die Bestrebung alle MA ähnlich am Unternehmenserfolg teilhaben zu lassen. Die Gedanken der Führungskräfte sind extrem vorbildlich und wirklich erstrebenswert

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Den Umfang der AG Benefits. Hier sollte man sich mit den Möglichkeiten von Sachleistungen vertraut machen und mehr Benefits für beide Seiten schaffen.

Work-Life-Balance

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man mit dem Zahn der Zeit geht und an extrem spannenden Projekten arbeiten kann, die einen Phasenweise auch etwas abverlangen. Dafür erhält man jedoch auch eine Menge Verantwortung.

Jeder wird gefordert und gefördert. Weiterbildung ist zwingender Bestandteil der Entwicklungskultur von Hubblr. Nur durch Weiterbildung und kontinuierlichem fachlichen Wachstum ist das Team in der Lage die Anforderungen der Kunden zu decken.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Klasse Team mit einer Menge unterschiedlicher Perspektiven und interessanten Persönlichkeiten. Auch in stressigen Phasen wird jedem der Rücken freigehalten.
