Since the work time is flexible, tasks are well-assigned, I could do some exercise after work.Actually, I enjoyed the life in Traunstein.

Since I am not a normal employee, I haven't the standard carrer training programm. But I got lots of valuable guide about my intern and master thesis.

As a intern in HSP, the salary is acceptable.

I got lots of help from manager and colleague. Like looking for a room, how to get used to the living environment, how to deal with my health insurance.

I have some contact with one of HPS's colleague who is about 50 years old. With a doctor degree, this colleague always be a strict to the work and lead me to build a strict and precise characteristic.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Now, HSP has a new and beautiful office. Its location is next to a small forest, the environment is quite.
Kommunikation
The communication between manager and I is very efficient. We have a fix time to discuss the tasks and his is always be avaiable to offer some useful guide to my work. So the work could be well controlled by manager and well done by myself.

From my prespective, every employee could have the same opportunity to get promotion.

What I have done in HSP is very close to my technical background and my interest.
