I did not experience very much conflict with superiors in my time at Hundertserver, but goals and deadlines were sometimes challenging but fair

I was not micromanaged and had the freedom to complete assignments in my own way and make suggestions

The working space was very comfortable and safe, I was given a fairly new Mac to use at work
