Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

You can take over responsibilities and build whatever you want. Sadly, this will result on long working days.
The engineering department is solid and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot from them.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

For me, it was the worst work experience so far. I look back in disdain. My problem was, that I couldn't find another job easily.

In its core, the company is a sales company, not a tech company. There is nothing bad about it, but be at least honest.
The machine learning department is utterly weak. If the company wants to survive, it needs some major fixes here.
There are to many managers in the company. Our team of 4 ICs had 4 direct managers.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Depends on the team; Very often tight deadlines (made-up) and after hand-over the project stops for a while.
Also there is no decision making. Even an obvious decisions needs months of internal discussions until it will be executed.

Work-Life-Balance

Depends on your ambitions. You can get away with < 10h per week or have > 50h per week. There is no difference in your evaluation.

In the ml team, no communication of the management with the IC. You learn about company informations by other teams
