Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
iconmobile is a great employer when you are a pro-actively minded character. You can develop your interests, transition through different teams and follow your personal vision with a great team. iconmobile re-invented itself over the past years several times due to the nature of the innovation field and disruptive market developments. Thats why it doesn't feel like I only worked for one employer over the past years but at least for three.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Sometimes pushing change in a company with this broad bandwidth can be tiresome and requires a lot of willpower and perseverance. It was always worth it powering though but that's not necessarily everyones interest.
