- Implementation driven, very little slideware and lots of hands-on building and implementation
- Easy to pick-up different topics and learn about new areas of interest
- Very flexible on work schedule and organizational issues

- Employees need to be very self-sustained / motivated ("not much hand-holding")
- A bit too much overhead due to company structure
