Overall, I highly recommend to work at ILI.DIGITAL.
No two days are the same. The tasks are very varied. There's a lot of fun together in the office. However, delivering projects on time and in the best quality is the highest currency in the company. But the human touch is never lost.
You should apply here if you want to develop yourself further and are not afraid to work with decision-makers from top management on the customer side.
What doesn't go down so well and is also quickly noticed is if you are only looking for a nine-to-three job and don't want to carry any responsibility.
You will be promoted at all levels. Getting better every day is certainly part of the company's DNA.
