Stressed and horrible atmosphere - everyone was constantly afraid of being singled out.
Kommunikation
Very stressed communication that would be over email and passive-aggresive, rather than in person. It was difficult to ask for advice or guidance on tasks. It was expected that you'd know what to do with your assignment despite being given no directions on what the end goal should be.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I had a really good relationship with my colleagues, especially the other interns. We kind of gathered around the fact that the management was so horrible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Was always very stressed to go to work. Had too much responsibility, but no guidance.
Interessante Aufgaben
No - but I did pass time coming up with tasks myself occasionally.
Gleichberechtigung
Women were definitely not at any advantage. I was once told, when I said I didn't feel comfortable appearing in a video that "women have weird ideas sometimes".
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Everyone was pretty young and hadn't worked there for terribly long. Most were also interns.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Cramped space, chairs were starting to break and the kitchen would only fit 4 people at the table. Not ideal when you're working with 20 other people.

Not that I'm aware.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Interns are paid the lowest fee possible, despite the fact that they have the responsibility of a regular employee.

I would never dare say a good word about infoBoard. I've never been more stressed or under pressure in my life. I have not met another employee who would recommend infoBoard either.
