Change the management, stop pressuring on your own employees to write "fake positive" evaluation here on this site for you. All positive "evaluations" in July, August of last year are fake. The management forced the employees to write them.

Mostly no answer from the management . If you get an answer, its like after 1-2 weeks. Normally it will be forgotten that you asked something, its possible that you will never receive any answer anyway.

Sometimes you receive emails in the middle of the night or in your holidays. Nobody in the company cares about your private space.

Chaotic, no management attitude at all! Working instructions are totally chaotic nobody understands them. Endless meetings everyday which are a total waste of time. The management screams around in the office all the time.

Low salaries. I have seen interns working for free, because they didn't ask for a salary during the interview. If you really wanna try to work there, ask for a salary during the interview, otherwise the company might use you for free.
