Very rewarding internship at infoBoard
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
He gives us responsibilities and trusts us
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is very pleasant. The colleagues are kind and help you if you have a problem.
Image
Employees have a good image of the company, especially because of the friendly atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
I had no problem balancing my personal and professional life.
I was able to take my days off whenever I wanted. And having many interviews to do during my internship for my studies, my employers always allowed me to do them, even if it was on my working hours.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Some interns were hired at the end of their internship. This obviously depends on the possibilities of employment, the necessity of the company and the skills of the trainee.
Gehalt/Benefits
As a short- to medium-term trainee, I was not paid. And I don't know the salaries of my colleagues. So I can't answer that question.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I didn't have the opportunity to realize this because I only stayed 3 months so I can't judge.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I think there is a good team cohesion. Colleagues are there to help us if necessary.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I didn't see any differences in behavior. I think my employers behave in the same way with all employees.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My employers set the objectives, but they have always listened to me if I have a proposal or comment. They listen to their employees.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are pleasant. The necessary equipment is provided.
Kommunikation
We have many meetings. This allows us to keep up to date with the latest infoBoard news.
At these meetings everyone is listening and you can give your opinion. This one is welcome.
Gleichberechtigung
I have never felt disadvantaged because I am a woman.
Interessante Aufgaben
The advantage of my internship is that I very quickly had responsibilities. My employers trust me and assign me different tasks, but they let me organize myself as I wish, which allows me to be autonomous. I learned a lot from this internship.
