We`re working on improvements daily, so ideas arise regularly. But what I would highlight here, is diversity between internal and delivery team (starting from attitude) that could have been equalized.

4 Sterne - keine 5. Warum? Weil 100% Remote Arbeit heutzutage ein Privileg ist, aber auch manchmal nicht so erfüllend ist wie der Kaffeeklatsch und Flurfunk.
Man gibt sich aber Mühe das zu verbessern, durch mehrere Teamevents im Jahr.
Jung, aufstrebend, innovativ im Mindset und den Prozessen, offenes Ohr - ich denke INKUBIT ist ganz cool ;-)
Die Work-Life-Balance ist abhängig von der Rolle im Unternehmen und den Projekten in denen man fährt. Alles in allem kann man aber sagen, dass es eine Work-Life-Balance gibt, die unterschwellig im Unternehmen steht - auch wenn das Thema nicht proaktiv angegangen wird meiner Meinung nach.

Verhandlungsbasis - mit guter Argumentation, Performance und Verantwortung
Muss ich leider passen, da ich keinerlei Erfahrung damit gemacht habe.
Obwohl alles Remote ist (oder vielleicht gerade weil..?) sind alle Kollegen da und haben ein offenes Ohr für Dich. Wenn ich mal vor einem Problem stehe, wo ich nicht weiter weiß in einem Projekt wende ich mich manchmal auch an Mitarbeiter, die rein gar nichts mit dem Projekt zu tun haben und mir wird stets geholfen.
Es gibt Retrospektiven (ohne Management!) wo alle Mitarbeiter sich gegenseitig und über Prozesse Kritik verteilen konnten, ohne dass jemand dabei nachtragend wurde. Daraus wurden dann Maßnahmen abgeleitet, um die Dinge besser zu machen.
Tatsächlich ist "älterer" ein breiter Begriff, aber bei INKUBIT gibt es fast ausschließlich nur junge Arbeitskollegen. Wenn da mal ein Ausreißer ist, ist das jemand der ein junges Mindset hat, definitiv.
Die Vorgesetzten bei INKUBIT sind durch flache Hierarchien, stets einem offenen Ohr für Neues und Ihrer eigenen Berufserfahrung sehr gut.
Was mir definitiv gefällt ist, dass die Vorgesetzten den Mitarbeitern zeigen dass Sie auch täglich dazulernen.
Home Office: Es gibt bereits benefits, um sich sein Home Office aufzupeppen. Jedoch sind diese nur limitiert und es wäre angebracht hier etwas mehr Kosten für seine Mitarbeiter auf sich zu nehmen, damit ein grundsätzliches Setup im Home Office neben der Hardware gestellt wird (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Gadgets, etc.)
Büros: Durch Flex-Office Verträge gibts die Möglichkeit sich ein Büro tagesweise anzumieten. Leider aber noch nicht ausprobiert.
Über viele verschiedene Kanäle (MS Teams überwiegend, Outlook, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Die Kommunikation ist offen und direkt. Baust Du mal Mist, ist das so und man zieht eine Lektion daraus.
In der digitalen Welt kümmert sich keiner über Ecken und Kanten - so zumindest wird es bei INKUBIT gelebt, ich habe es nie anders erfahren.
Wie schon im Titel beschrieben. Wenn man Lust hat Ideen/Ansätze zu realisieren dann ist INKUBIT die richtige Adresse.
