Super klasse! Man wird wertgeschätzt, die eigenen Ideen werden berücksichtigt und besprochen. Mein Vorgesetzter hat nicht nur negative Punkte angesprochen, sondern auch Lob verteilt wenn etwas gut lief oder aber auch wenn beim Kunden längere Zeit nichts eskalliert und alles stabil läuft.
Jup, passt. Jeder findet mal was undschön, das ist normal und solche Tage wird es immer geben. Aber im großen Ganzen hört man weder die Kunden noch die Mitarbeiter negativ sprechen. Auch nicht in privaten, freundschaftlichen Unterhaltungen.
Keine Bedenken hier. Arbeitszeiten sind bis auf ein par Ausnahmen fast frei wählbar. Ich hatte sogar einen Kollegen der Nachts gearbeitet hat und tagsüber nur den Meetings gejoint ist. Sehr flexibel.
Es gibt immer ein Budget um Kollegen zu fördern. Manchmal kommen Vorschläge ob man etwas machen möchte, z.B. ein bestimmtes MS Zertifikat, aber es kann auch immer angefragt werden wenn man an etwas Interesse hat. Ich habe einige Kollegen in der Hirarchie aufsteigen sehen.
Niemandem wird hier der Weg verbaut.
Ich fand mein Gehalt ob damals als Entwickler als auch jetzt als technischer Berater immer fair, wenn nicht sogar über dem Durchschnitt.
Es wird alles digital erledigt, bis auf ein par bestimmte Ausnahmen. Aber auch Geschenke (Kindesgeburt oder Geburtstag z.B.) kommen in einer Umweltneutralen Verpackung wenn möglich.
Von der Ukraine zu Mazedonien war alles dabei, und bislang habe ich ausschließlich mit super freundlichen, hilfsbereiten aber ebenso professionellen Kollegen arbeiten dürfen.
Also ich war 35 als ich eingestellt wurde und verlasse die Firma nach 5 Jahren. es wurden auch schon ältere Kollegen eingestellt während ich hier gearbeitet habe, aber auch jüngere Kollegen bekommen hier eine faire Chance.
Wie oben schon erwähnt, meine Vorgesetzten waren immer offen und ehrlich mit mir. In Guten wie in Schlechten Punkten gab es immer eine saubere Aussprache. Professionell und respektvoll fand jede Kommunikation statt und ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern das sicheine Partei im Ton vergriffen hat.
Meine Kollegen arbeiten alle im Home Office. Manchnal treffen sich Kollegen aus dem Raum Hamburg in einem Mietbüro und arbeiten einen Tag gemeinsam und gehen Essen.
Aber wir haben keine Festen Büroräume soweit mir zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt bekannt.
Monatliche Meetings für die ganze Firma in welcher der aktuelle Status der Firma gezeigt, und zukünftige Schritte vorgestellt werden. Alles sehr transparent
Also ich finde hier werden alle gleich behandelt, Frauen wie Männer haben hier die gleichen Chancen
Es wurde sehr darauf geachtet das kein Kollege überlastet wurde, außer vielleicht kurzzeitig bei Urlaubsvertretungen und Ausfällen, aber auch da sind die Vorgesetzten je nach Bereich mit eingesprungen und haben unterstützt.
Meine Kundenprojekte waren stehts abwechslungsreich und interessant. Später hatte ich eine Produktentwicklung für mich in welchem ich mich und meine Ideen ausleben konnte!
Junges motiviertes Team. Mit den Kollegen wirklich viel Spaß gehabt.
Microsoft Partner ist natürlich auch cool.
Realistische Ziele setzten. Junge Mitarbeiter nicht ausnutzen und Versprechungen machen, die man nicht einhalten kann. Expertenwissen annehmen.
Junges motiviertes Team. Die meisten haben eigentlich Bock. Kunden abwechslungsreich aber eben eher kleinere unspannender Bereiche. Hab mich grundsätzlich ganz wohl gefühlt. Man muss aber damit klar kommen, dass einige Kollegen eben jung und eben auch unerfahren und unstrukturiert sind.
Mehr Schein als Sein. Sehe (in Netzwerken) und höre (von Ex Kollegen und Dienstleistern) von einigen Kündigungen.
Kann man nicht meckern. Remote und flexible. Aber man muss eben selbst Verantwortung übernehmen und seine Stunden einhalten und nur weil's Remote und flexibel ist nicht zu viel arbeiten.
Karriere Schritte in kleinen Unternehmen natürlich grundsätzlich schwierig. Weiterbildung nur bei ständiger Nachfrage.
War in Ordnung.
Wüsste nicht, dass es da was gab worauf man geachtet hätte. Ganze Firma wird für 2 Tagen einmal durch Europa geflogen, für die Firmenparty.
Starken Zusammenhalt hab ich da innerhalb der Teams teilweise erlebt.
Gab wenig/keine ältere Kollegen.
Leider erst sehr guten Eindruck erhalten. Sympathische lockere Art. Entpuppte sich aber zum unrealistischen leicht toxischen Verhalten.
Ausstattung war OK. Nichts besonderes. Aber das flexible Remote arbeiten ist halt top.
Je nach Team gut. Manche Teams funktionieren immer besser als andere. Kommunikation scheint erst gut, aber im Hintergrund passiert halt dann doch einiges, wozu man nicht oder zu spät abgeholt wird - obwohl man betroffen ist.

Bad would be unfair, overall there is nothing really bad about this company. Like everywhere else, there are things that are good and things that are not.
Salary discussions should be more transparent. The current process often seems too lengthy and cumbersome. More clarity and quicker but above all fair decisions would be desirable here.
