Junges motiviertes Team. Mit den Kollegen wirklich viel Spaß gehabt.
Microsoft Partner ist natürlich auch cool.
Realistische Ziele setzten.
Karriere Schritte in kleinen Unternehmen natürlich grundsätzlich schwierig.
Leider erst sehr guten Eindruck erhalten. Sympathische lockere Art.
1. Good work environment. 2. Supportive colleagues. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Clear communication. 5. Opportunities for learning.
No complaints.
No improvements needed currently.
The atmosphere is relaxed yet focused, where collaboration and individual initiative are equally appreciated.

The flexibility and the home office are big plus points. There is also a pleasant working atmosphere and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Bad would be unfair, overall there is nothing really bad about this company. Like everywhere else, there are things that are good and things that are not.
Salary discussions should be more transparent. The current process often seems too lengthy and cumbersome. More clarity and quicker but above all fair decisions would be desirable here.
The atmosphere is generally pleasant and productive. There is good cooperation, but there are occasionally factors that influence the working atmosphere.
I guess the company enjoys a good image, both internally and externally. Nevertheless, there are isolated points of criticism that could influence perception.
There is usually a balance between work and free time.
There are good opportunities for further development, but access to structured training measures could still be improved.
The remuneration is appropriate, but could be made even more attractive compared to the industry. Social benefits are available, but not outstanding.

The interaction with older colleagues is exemplary. Experience is valued and the exchange between generations works very well.

As we all work from home, this point is obsolete.
Communication is usually good, but there are times when information could be passed on more clearly or quickly.
In principle, all employees are treated fairly,
The tasks are varied, but there are also repetitive or less exciting activities that somewhat cloud the overall picture
I appreciate the supportive environment, the flexibility, the focus on both personal and professional growth, and the great people in the team who make collaboration enjoyable.
I haven’t encountered any significant issues with the company.
More frequent on-site team events or workshops could strengthen team cohesion even more. There is never enough, as most of people really enjoy those team gatherings :D

I’ve never had any issues with my manager. They are supportive, approachable, and ensure that feedback is taken into consideration.
As a fully remote company, we set our own work conditions. The company supports us with discounts for ergonomic equipment and provides all necessary tools like laptops, mice, and headsets.
Communication is well-organized: we have 1-to-1 meetings with managers, monthly presentations with the whole team, as well as weekly and bi-weekly meetings. The flow of information is clear, and feedback is always encouraged.
As a woman, I’ve never felt disrespected.
The tasks are varied and interesting. I like that they are getting more complicated with time, so I can see my growth in action.

Sticking to values that I share
Trust
Fairness
Flexibility
Company culture
Can`t say a single bad word as I see the efforts inputted
We`re working on improvements daily, so ideas arise regularly. But what I would highlight here, is diversity between internal and delivery team (starting from attitude) that could have been equalized.
should focus on homeoffice support (desk, chairs, ergonomy etc.)
flexible hours
always chances to push your career, as long as you're ready to go!
very good salary, always chance to push further if you show effort and motivation for the company and customers
everyone is respectful

Also nichts, wofür man sich schämen muss :P

Dann springt man viel hin und her.
So verdient kununu Geld.
