I can only hope that since management has changed that things have gotten better. Stop worrying about selling lots of books and making huge commissions and help the employees do a better job.

Always felt pressured by the management. In the classroom with the students was great.

It was as interesting in the classroom as you wanted to make it. Lots of fun if you put your mind to it a bit.

Paid barely a living wage (I made 10 euros too much for social help as a married person) . I actually watched a freelancer lose their apartment due to not being paid on time ( the excuse given was that companies hadn't paid which is funny as the courses were paid for in advance) all while the managements children got the newest smart phones and apple laptops.

At that time the only continuing education that you got was if you did it on your own.
