Within the project organization itself, meetings occur every day following the agile methodology.
Monthly meetings with the complete team might be irregular. They contain a lot of information while still being transparent. They increase the motivation and the team spirit.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team spirit is really great. The atmosphere is nice and friendly and colleagues are always willing to help.
Work-Life-Balance
INNOMOS treats its employees in a very 'human' way that many companies tend to forget. It provides a great understanding and flexibility. This is priceless.
Interessante Aufgaben
The workload is divided fairly. It might be a bit irregular sometimes. In some period of the year the workload can be very high and in other periods a bit low.
Gleichberechtigung
As the only woman working on the Bielefeld side of the company, I was treated the same way as my male colleagues. Everyone was very mindful and everything was done to make me feel comfortable. I cannot think about a nicer environment to evolve professionally as a woman.
Arbeitsbedingungen
A hardware of very good quality is provided by the company. It allows to work in good conditions and very efficiently.
On the Bielefeld side, the open space is the "center" of the company. For this reason it might end up noisy sometimes: It becomes then hard to focus and concentrate on high complexity problems.
