Culture first
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Daily Stand-Ups, very transparent, sometimes a bit dry - but at least you miss nothing
Image
I really do not know if many companies that are that open, fair and with a healthy work-life balance. Still the image is mediocre - do not understand why.
Work-Life-Balance
Fully flexible - gives me chance to take care of my family
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Some people from insparx have moved on to great other companies, higher positions or founded their own companies. Other have stayed - also because there is always the chance to develop yourself
Gehalt/Benefits
Standard for Munich
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Removed bottles, coffee capsules etc.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You can always reach out for help or support.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I am able to work pretty independent
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office available for those who wish
Interessante Aufgaben
There is a fair share of routine work (same like with 99% of other companies I have seen), but it is organised and that allows me to get through it quickly
