This company comprises various departments, each with significant differences in the work environment and opportunities. I spent nearly two years there. The atmosphere and culture are notably pleasant in departments such as BI,OPS,Product, Marketing, or Customer Service. However, I strongly advise against considering the Testing department for employment. It falls under the IT department, where there is absolute control over team members. in this department, testing procedures are meticulously micromanaged, leading to a highly stressful and abusive work environment. Disagreements or attempts to exercise individual testing methods often result in confrontations marked by the lead's aggressive behavior, indicating deeper underlying issues. I'm relieved to have distanced myself from this toxic environment. Conversely, departments like OPS, Frontend or Backend enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. While the company itself is financially stable, opportunities for career advancement are limited. Moreover, apart from the monthly salary and home offices ,there are no notable benefits. My sincere advice is to stay away for the IT positions in this company, especially if your well-being is a priority, particularly avoiding the Testing department.
