The head of IT is aware of problems but he does not do anything about it .because changes in the leadership cause some money and they are very greedy to let the micromanagers go

Change the micro managers leader .focus on making the job opportunity interesting and exciting instead of extreme micro managing in IT department Remove the rule to turn on the cameras during zoom call. Don’t make fun of people who take sick leave Let the micromanager go and hire new leader who has entrepreneurship mindset and not controlly ,aggressive,forcefull and micromanagement mindset. Put budget for all the team members to go to seminars not just selective team lead Be fair ,if you know micromanaging is wrong then get rid of micromanagers in the IT department.do not keep them because you need to pay them lots of money to let them go .

To be honest list is too long. I know it looks like an easy job or alternative, but it’s not worth it. That’s why they are urgently looking for new people. Everyone is leaving.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Micromanaging manager, never helpful and always putting an effort on making things more difficult, even when you’ve already decided to leave. They’re not honest with the employees about what the job is (scamming people always in the legal grey area). They change the job “benefits” and chores often.
Work-Life-Balance
They kept reducing more and more the working hours without previous warning or explanation. Managers micromanaging made it impossible to work, since they were checking everything you do every second. It was more important for them to be connected than to be working. Also if some days there was not enough emails to answer for everyone (which happens almost always) the option they give you is taking that day as a holidays or just work one hour and of course be paid one hour. Not stable at all. Not recommended if you want to have a good mental health.

You start with 15/hour. The max they’ll offer is 17/hour. For ever. Doesn’t matter if you work there 2 or 10 years. And of course the salary was the same after the inflation.

Manager made it awful and tense, since they had no intention to help when needed. In fact they made an effort on making it hard for the employees.

Manager answer to any request was buffing to the camera and rubbing their face to show their discomfort.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There’s almost no way to grow in this company as a customer service agent. They won’t pay you more nor let you grow. Literally all you have to do is send already made text templates to the customers.

It is literally doing the same every day. Sending the same answers to the clients and trying to delay a clear answer on how to give up their subscription to the app so that they’ll have to pay again.

Je weiter man nach oben sieht desto abgehobener werden sie. Jedes Jahr gibt es Umfragen zur Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter aber auch wenn es jedes Jahr schlechtere Ergebnisse gibt, ändern tut sich nichts

Before covid-19 the atmosphere was always welcoming and friendly. The whole team is very international which makes it an interesting place to work.

Overall there are several groups, and most of the time people stick to their groups, but during lunchtime and company events, everybody comes nicely together and it is a lot of fun. Since covid, this feeling has decreased of course, but at least my team still works quite close together despite the circumstances.

Both our Managing director as well as my team lead give feedback and clear goals for the company and the team. I always feel like I can reach out to my team lead for advice or share my ideas.

The office location is very convenient and it is a nice open place to work. Now during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company has provided everything I might need to work from home comfortably.

Flat hierarchy where you know who to go to with any issue. I always feel like my opinion and ideas are important for my team and team lead, but I think that communication across departments could be better.
