It's okay, I suppose, as your hours are never fixed, and the company aims to minimize them, making you work more. While you have flexibility in choosing your schedule, the uncertainty about weekly hours may hinder earning enough to truly enjoy the "life" part.

The only positive aspect of this job was the colleagues, but even that has diminished since the work-from-anywhere benefit was canceled and micromanagement increased. As mentioned, there's a noticeable sense of discouragement among everyone.
Gossip about older colleagues with too many sick leaves.
One of the worst in my entire career. Involves micromanaging, spreading gossip within the team, and lacks support for career growth or salary increases. The fixed hourly salary of 17EUR is non-negotiable, regardless of tenure, whether you've been in the company for 6 months or 10 years.
Poor. No benefits neither morals.
Communication is one-sided, and the yearly satisfaction survey results and complaints are ignored by stakeholders. Honest feedback is discouraged, with gaslighting when anyone tries to share their thoughts.

Before covid-19 the atmosphere was always welcoming and friendly. The whole team is very international which makes it an interesting place to work.

Overall there are several groups, and most of the time people stick to their groups, but during lunchtime and company events, everybody comes nicely together and it is a lot of fun. Since covid, this feeling has decreased of course, but at least my team still works quite close together despite the circumstances.
Both our Managing director as well as my team lead give feedback and clear goals for the company and the team. I always feel like I can reach out to my team lead for advice or share my ideas.
The office location is very convenient and it is a nice open place to work. Now during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company has provided everything I might need to work from home comfortably.

schwankend - gerade am Anfangs ehr herausfordernd mit steiler Lernkurve, zuletzt leider sehr administrativ
homeoffice ist kein Problem wenn man mal daheim bleiben muss wegen Handwerker und Co.
