Great company to work at
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A lot of highly skilled people, willing to tackle hard challenges together and to help each other and learn new things together every day.
Work-Life-Balance
Most people work normal hours and that is perfectly fine. There are a few people who work a lot more, but always by their own choice.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great, helpful team spirit.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Mostly A+. Usually, you aren't bothered at all by superiors because teams are very self organized. The usual hierarchies are there, but they are flat and often not super relevant for your day to day job.
In very rare cases, arguments can get a bit heated when something has gone really wrong, which shows that the management is really passionate about our product.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you work here, you will need to solve hard technical problems almost on a daily basis. That's what I like most - it really never gets boring. It's challenging but very interesting and you learn a lot, even if you have quite a bit of industry experience when you come here.
