Kommunikation
Teams are working distributed. Many employees even work home-office most of the time. This gives a lot of freedom, but also can make the communication tricky from time to time. At least I wasn't used to it at the beginning, but I'm slowly getting used to having all discussions online.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Because the teams are distributed, personal contact to colleagues depends on the person. I'm enjoy working with my local team that I'm working with every day. Most of the others I'm only seeing in person about 3-4 times per year. But still, the team spirit feels to be good.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a lot of freedom about how, where and when you work. This makes it easy to work 8h a day while still being flexible in how you manage your leisure time beside work.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks are rich in variety and interesting. Never had a boring day here so far.
