What I like about the employer
Freundliche Geschäftsführer. Nette & Hilfsbereite Kollegen. Faire Vergütung. Haustiere sind Willkommen. Sehr gute Arbeitsatmosphäre. Immer wieder Mitarbeiterevents.

Die Kommunikation hängt manchmal. An dieser Stelle sollte gearbeitet werden.

Kein zwang auf Überstunden, Rufbereitschaften etc. Feste Arbeitszeiten.

Es wird großen wert auf Weiterbildung gelegt. Es ist gewünscht das jeder Mitarbeiter sich individuell weiterbildet, und wird von der Firma auch gefördert.
Salary/Benefits
Gehalt ist fair. Benefits sehr großzügig.
Collegiality
Kollegenzusammenhalt ist sehr gut, jeder Hilft jeden. Bei Unterstützung wird sich die Zeit genommen.

Haben wir derzeit nicht im Betrieb, aber kann mir nicht vorstellen das es ein Unterschied machen sollte.
Leadership behavior
Alle drei Geschäftsführer sind sehr Freundlich und nehmen sich die Zeit bei Problemen oder Unterstützung. Generell sehr offen für alle möglichen Themen.
Working conditions
Hardware ist auf dem neusten Stand, Hardware für Homeoffice ist auch kein Problem.

Kein Unterschied zwischen Männlich oder Weiblich
Interesting tasks
Interessante Aufgaben kommen immer wieder rein, überwiegend macht man allerdings das Tagesgeschäft
