Gehalt/Benefits

Its hard to get a rise when this company changes the owner every 2 to 3 years. I felt that I am a bad person when I asked for more. The previous owner wrote that we getting sold because we are not profitable, so I did not asked for more anymore.

my supervisor was hard to get. I felt that the strategy was missing or not really good executed. it was always "make more revenue" we need to hit the numbers. ... but yes how??

the office was empty most of the time and in the summer the AC was blasting as hell.

there is not much communication. its always a surprise when someone is putting up a townhall invitation. last time we got acquired, last time was the info about restructuring or we got acquired again. makes no sense for me
