Lies, intrigues, empty promises - but they do not answer the basic questions: When will the money run out? Do we have a future? Why was my team lead fired? Why am I not getting my promised raise?

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Depending on the team. But the best colleagues you can imagine - I have found friends for life here. But they have all gradually moved on to real jobs.

No further development. If you don't disagree, you get a better title, but continue to work like an intern. You are not allowed to decide anything in the company despite the "head-of" title. But on the other hand, this also makes it an easy job - create a draft and send it to the founders - THEN THEY JUST DO YOUR JOB.
