Think about a longterm business strategy. Hiring new people in new positions and then firing them again a year later or whenever you change your strategy again won't work out in the long term.

we're sorry to hear that your time at Inviqa didn't live up to your expectations.
Nonetheless, we would like to comment on your remarks, as they touch directly with our company values "Purpose, Human, Open, Learning and Together".
We strive to treat all colleagues equally and go to great lengths to assure fair and objective assessments, as well as a fair, comparable and transparent remuneration structure.
We are aware that as humans, we can always do better - therefore especially our management is constantly working on improving their skills and leadership.
Also, our team is composed of dedicated colleagues with their ages spanning from early 20s to late 60s, but more importantly, everyone is doing their part in advancing the business.
