    Das Gehallt könnte besser sein. Jedoch steht der Arbeitgeber gegenüber dem Ausbezahlen von Überstunden positiv gegenüber, da kein Tarifzwang herrscht. Auch die erste Gehaltserhöhung nach 1 Jahr Betriebszugehörigkeit finde ich super.
