Like everyone, I am working from home since I joined the company in back Aug 2020. I feel comfortable to set me own deadline as my speed and comfortability. Company culture allows us to interact with colleagues and supervisors without hesitation. I am waiting to join the office physically to experience the work culture up close physical, not just virtually.
Work-Life-Balance
Apart from team lunch and online game once in month organised by HR. HR also make sure about the working hours of the analyst.

Kommunikation
A very clear line of communication between CEO and team along with Marking and sales team, makes our day-to-day life a bit smoother. A new mentor cum buddy program allows more cushion for new commers to interact with the team.
