R&D Business Planning & Financial Analyst (m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for R&D activities
• Analysis of budgets, actual costs and variances, including identification of cost drivers
• Analysis and monitoring of R&D resources, costs and outsourcing activities
• Preparation of financial analyses, forecasts and management reports
• Preparation of data-based recommendations and decision-making materials for R&D management
• Coordination of planning and reporting activities with R&D, Finance and other internal departments
• Development and improvement of financial planning and reporting processes

Your profile:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in business planning, financial analysis, budgeting or controlling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English and Korean language skills
