Your responsibilities

• You prepare cost estimates for complex construction projects, taking technical and commercial objectives into account.
• You prepare cost-covering, market-competitive estimates for public tenders.
• You identify and assess potential for optimisation in performance-based tenders.
• You participate in tender negotiations with clients.
• You identify and assess opportunities and risks during the tendering and project delivery phases.
• You prepare complex technical and delay-related variation claims.

And that’s you

• You hold a degree in transport infrastructure engineering or construction management.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in estimating railway construction, civil engineering, platform construction or road construction projects.
• You think cost-consciously and take an entrepreneurial approach.
• You work independently, systematically and with a strong focus on achieving results.
• You can analyse complex issues and translate them into strategic concepts.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and, ideally, the BAU-SU estimating software.
• You are eager to develop professionally, enjoy sharing knowledge and value open communication.
