Servicetechniker (m/w/d) – Maritime Automatisierung & Steuerungssysteme

As the face of the company, you'll be right there on site when it matters most. Your focus will be on our high-quality control and alarm systems.

• Service & Commissioning: You plan your assignments independently and carry out commissioning, inspections and maintenance work on our automation systems worldwide.
• Technical Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners and provide them with expert advice on our entire product range.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: You design and lead training courses for customer staff to ensure our onboard systems are operated optimally.
• Onboard duties: Whether in port or on the high seas – you carry out service operations directly on the ships.
• Quality management: You handle complaints both technically and commercially and ensure sustainable solutions.

• Qualification: Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology) or a corresponding degree.
• Experience: At least three years of professional experience, ideally in the maritime sector or the automation industry. Knowledge of CODESYS programming, the setup and commissioning of bus systems (CAN, RS485, NMEA), and a good technical understanding of drive systems.
• Hands-on mentality: You are a practical person through and through. You love solving technical problems directly on site and are not afraid to get involved yourself – even when things get tight or time is critical.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured manner, can coordinate assignments independently, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• 100% willingness to travel: The world is your workplace – a very high willingness to travel worldwide is a matter of course for you.
• Language skills: Good German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
• Driving licence class B
