We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a background in Service Management to fill the role of Process Manager. This role entails overseeing the implementation of standardized methods and procedures to ensure the efficient and timely handling of process instances. A primary focus of this position involves the management of ITIL-related processes and the preparation for ISO 20000 audits.
Aufgaben
Responsibilities:
As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of processes, providing process training, and ensuring strict adherence to established procedures
Implementing best practices and continually refining processes
Monitoring process performance, generating regular process reports, and taking appropriate actions
Managing internal and external ISO 20000 audits for your designated processes
Providing process consultation to other internal teams
Profil
Desired Qualifications:
A completed degree
Proven experience (3+ years) in a Process Manager capacity
Proficiency in Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management (ITIL 2011)
Extensive experience in process definition, utilization of process tools, and successful process implementation
Strong familiarity with ITIL 2011
Prior audit experience
Demonstrated aptitude for process-oriented thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional and dynamic environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written
