In this Senior Strategy Project Manager role, you will drive strategic initiatives within Global Service Operations (GSO). Your work focuses on leading high-impact strategic projects, conducting business and market analysis to guide decision-making, and driving operational planning and process improvements. You will operate with a high degree of independence, solving complex challenges, shaping long-term strategy, and coaching junior team members.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Independently manage full lifecycle strategic projects for Global Service Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop project plans, including resources, budgets, and timelines, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure commitment and successful delivery.
• Analyze industry, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for GSO.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in business strategy, corporate development, project management, or in-house consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently in a global corporate environment.
• Strong background in service-related industries such as energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
