Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring and enhancing supplier quality within the electrical domain. Your day will involve implementing quality assurance measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary quality contact to drive continuous improvement. By focusing on preventive actions and technical specifications, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement preventive quality methods to effectively mitigate risks
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to qualify and approve suppliers
• Manage product and service qualifications in accordance with specific requirements
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on audit measures to ensure compliance
• Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Technical experience for electrical components
• Proficiency in English at a very high standard (C1 level) - both spoken and written
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is highly valuable
• Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within the electrical or energy sector
• Transformer and High Voltage experience or Converter related experience would be beneficial
• Audits experience and Part Qualifications will be valuable
• Availability for business travel aprox. up to 50% of the time
