About us
Since my best client hired a new Director of Software Development 4 years ago, the company has completely turned around by implementing professional, modern approaches and building a correct organizational structure.
They have already started building the Project Management department and have also hired a seasoned and successful Team Leader for the Project Management. With currently 3 very experienced Project Managers they are looking to add a new member into the team, who continues to support them in their goal to centralize all the PM Tasks into these dedicated positions, instead of spreading them between different departments.
This means, that you will be an active part of creating and picking the processes, technologies, tools and guidelines that should be used, in order to really shape the way, the Project Management role is perceived and executed within the company. With the support of amazing mentors and stakeholders internally, a very exciting and challenging greenfield position would be awaiting the right candidate.
Tasks
• Working on software projects (300≈ man days) with big enterprise companies such as KIA, L'Oreal, BMW and more
• Being completely in control of your own projects and being the main decision maker regarding what methods, tools and guidelines you will be implementing
• Managing the whole project lifecycle. Being the translator between customer requirements and the software development team.
• Managing expectations and business requirements between the stakeholders
Profile
• 2 or 3 years of experience in managing IT Projects
• Ability to write down business requirements
• Experience in using at least 1 type of Project Management software
• Fluent German & English skills
